You will shape business development strategy, mentor teams, negotiate high-value deals, and collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to hit ambitious targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in business development, commercial strategy, sales leadership, or corporate management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
• Strong knowledge of market analysis, business planning, negotiation, and commercial development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the organization's long-term objectives.
• Identify new markets, revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Lead initiatives to acquire new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, industry partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee business development pipelines, sales opportunities, and strategic account management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.
• Negotiate strategic agreements, commercial partnerships, and major business deals.
• Establish performance targets, monitor business development metrics, and evaluate growth initiatives.
• Lead and mentor business development teams to improve performance and achieve organizational objectives.
• Assess potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic opportunities where appropriate.
• Prepare business proposals, market assessments, and executive reports for senior leadership.
• Manage business development budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
