Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to drive revenue growth and market expansion by leading all commercial functions across Business Development, Sales, Presales, Marketing and Client Management.

The role requires a proven track record in highly competitive, regulated markets, strong leadership, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management to align market needs with product and data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in commercial, sales or business development.
• Experience in digital lending or financial products is preferred.
• Familiarity with data services and analytics is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering revenue in regulated markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the company's revenue target through structured sales and market expansion strategies.
• Lead and manage Business Development, Presales, Marketing, and Sales Operations functions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across banks, multifinance, fintech, non-FI.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and wallet share expansion.
• Ensure strong sales pipeline management and deal conversion.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to align market needs with product development.
• Oversee key account management and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the company in engagements with regulators, partners, and key clients.
