Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a proactive student or recent graduate to work closely with the CEO and leadership on strategic projects that drive growth. You’ll touch strategy, operations, marketing, and partnerships in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will conduct market analyses, prepare leadership briefing materials, track OKRs, and help with outreach and internal communications, gaining hands-on exposure to how a high-growth company operates from the top down.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from a top university in business, economics, or management.
• Highly organized, analytical, and proactive.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the CEO in daily operations, research, and special projects.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for leadership meetings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track OKRs and project timelines.
• Assist in partnership outreach, event preparation, and internal communications.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to existing workflows.
