Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, corporate development, investment, or project management.
• Candidates with a management/strategy consulting background are highly preferred.
• Strong experience in business analysis, financial modelling, feasibility studies, and project evaluation.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to execution and present to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and ventures.
• Conduct business feasibility studies, financial calculations, projections, and ROI assessments.
• Develop business cases and provide data-driven recommendations to support investments and decisions.
• Assess opportunities across multiple industries and business models, including mining, hospitality, F&B, media, and emerging sectors.
• Lead and manage projects from initial concept, feasibility, and planning through execution.
• Monitor project and business performance against targets, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify commercial opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing commercial insights and recommendations for new ventures.
