English 1 Indonesia is seeking a Director of Studies to lead the academic team, ensuring high-quality teaching and adherence to KPIs across centers nationwide. You will collaborate with Sales, Service, and AOM to optimize student outcomes and center performance.

The role requires scheduling oversight, teacher development, and proactive communication with Center Directors. A strong background in EFL and TEFL is essential for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 120-hour TEFL certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Minimum 6 years EFL teaching experience.
• Experience teaching students aged 3–18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
• Customer service mindset and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective communication across team, center, group, and national levels.
• Meet with Center Director to track KPIs and progress.
• Coordinate scheduling of classes, activities, and events per guidelines and KPIs.
• Train and induct teachers in procedures and product offerings; support professional development.
