Job summary

English 1 Indonesia is seeking a Director of Studies to lead the academic team, work with Sales and Service to drive KPIs, and ensure high-quality teaching across centers.

The successful candidate will develop classroom programs, supervise teachers, coordinate scheduling, and uphold standards while supporting new student conversion and customer satisfaction in a dynamic education network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• 120-hour TEFL certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective communication channels at team, center, group, and national levels.
• Meet with the Center Director to track KPIs and progress toward targets.
• Schedule classes, activities, and events to meet guidelines and KPI targets.
• Train and induct teachers, support professional development, and perform evaluations.
