Job summary

English 1 Indonesia seeks a Director of Studies to lead the academic team and support the Center Director in managing KPIs, student satisfaction, and retention. The role involves coordinating scheduling, teacher development, and cross-team communication across centers.

You will collaborate with Sales and Service to ensure quality placement tests and demos, while guiding program initiatives and operational performance. 40-hour weeks with onsite duties apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Recognized 120-hour TEFL certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• 6 years EFL teaching experience preferred; ages 3–18.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective communication across team, center, and national levels.
• Meet with the Center Director to monitor KPI progress and program results.
• Coordinate scheduling of classes and events per guidelines and KPIs.
• Train and induct teachers in procedures and company products.
• Support data sharing for Parent Communication Events and drive customer satisfaction.
