English 1 Indonesia seeks a Director of Studies to lead the academic team and collaborate with Sales and Service to meet KPIs such as production efficiency, new student conversion, and customer satisfaction.

The role covers scheduling, teacher development, classroom operations, and cross-center coordination, with on-site duties at centers and occasional off-site assignments within the Partner Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any field) required.
• Recognized 120-hour TEFL certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and teacher deployment to meet KPIs and center targets.
• Support Sales with placement testing and demo classes to ensure quality engagement.
• Facilitate communication between teachers, PAs, and management for Parent Communication Events.
• Lead teacher development through observation, training, and performance assessment.
