Job summary

Anker Indonesia is seeking a senior Retail Expansion professional to source prime retail spaces, assess financial viability, and chart expansion into new markets.

You will negotiate leases with landlords, form partnerships with vendors, and coordinate channel and brand rollout to boost presence.

The role requires strong commercial sense, strategic planning, and the ability to turn market data into actionable growth plans for Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.
• 3–5+ years in retail operations, brand partnerships, or business development.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen and ROI evaluation.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.

• Site Sourcing & Feasibility: Find potential retail spaces and run financial and market viability studies.
• Lease & Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate rental rates, contract terms, renewals, and permits with landlords or third parties.
• Channel & Brand Expansion: Build alliances with new retail accounts and launch brands into new markets.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales targets, evaluate store profitability, and address bottlenecks in existing outlets.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze consumer trends and local purchasing power to spot growth opportunities.
