Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking an experienced Channel/Store Development professional to lead end-to-end site and store expansion in Jakarta.

You will manage site acquisitions, design, maintenance, and refurbishments while coordinating with agents, landlords, and mall operators. The role requires 8-10 years in channel development with mall expansion experience, strong English communication, and proven negotiation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Have an experiences minimum 8-10 years in channel development / Site & Store Development of retail company.
• Strong exposure in Store expansion experience in Malls.
• Good communication in English
• Good interpersonal skill
• Strong analytical thinking and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be place in Jakarta office, full WFO (Gedong Panjang)
• Willing to mobile

Responsibilities

• End to end Site & New Store Development (Site Acquisition, Project Design, Project Maintenance & Refurbish and New Store Development).
• Contacting potential tenant development for area (commercial, office, etc.) to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Developing a strategic plan to advance store expansion.
• To do location Feasibility Study for outlet expansion.
• Looking at all potential location proposal either by Agents, Landlords, and Mall Operators, Licensee and location proposals.
• Rental Negotiation.
• Tenancy Renewal.
• Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Identify & report on local market trends & requirements.
