Job summary

PT Dom Pizza Indonesia seeks a Site Acquisition Lead to drive nationwide store growth in Jakarta and beyond. Identify locations via market research, analyze foot traffic, map competitors, and negotiate favorable leases with landlords, developers, and agents.

You will manage LOIs, lease agreements, and permits; maintain real estate networks and government relationships; track progress against targets and provide market insights to support strategy. Frequent travel for site visits is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site acquisition or property expansion, preferably in QSR, retail, or F&B industries.
• Proven experience in managing multiple acquisition projects and negotiating commercial lease agreements.
• Strong business sense with an understanding of store profitability metrics and location viability.
