Qualifications

• Drive new client acquisition aligned with segmentation strategy and contribute directly to individual revenue targets.
• Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client objectives.
• Increase multi-service client ratio through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
• Maintain structured CRM documentation and a healthy, measurable Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) pipeline.
• Participate in relevant tenders and support professional Mandarin communication in meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Development in a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) for professional/business communication.
• Proven experience in crafting proposals and delivering solution-based selling.
