Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion.
• Fluent Mandarin is mandatory, as daily communication with Mandarin‑speaking management is required.
• Working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in the field and hit targets.
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team is a strong advantage.
• Experience in technology, e‑commerce, or internet industry, familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Existing business network in Indonesia or with Chinese‑speaking business communities.
• Experience in market research, data collection, or new market entry projects.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support prospecting and reporting.
