Job summary

PT LUXFELINE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY is seeking a proactive Business Development professional fluent in Mandarin to drive market expansion in Indonesia. The role involves going to the market, building partnerships, acquiring new clients, and leading hands-on execution with the market team.

You will bridge communication between local partners and Mandarin-speaking management. Responsibilities include field outreach, meetings, on-site visits, data collection, and market research to identify

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in Business/Marketing/Management or related field is required.
mandarin fluency is mandatory and daily communication with Mandarin-speaking management is required.
English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and acquire new business partners, clients, and market opportunities in Indonesia.
Run field and market activities: outreach, networking, meetings, and on-site visits.
Lead market expansion projects, including data collection and market research initiatives.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
Negotiate terms and close deals in coordination with management.
Track pipeline, activity, and results; prepare regular progress reports for management.
Liaise directly with Mandarin-speaking management on strategy, targets, and market feedback.
