Job summary

PT Gemilang Sentosa is seeking a communicative and detail-oriented HRBP fluent in Mandarin to join our team in Jakarta. The role bridges Chinese management and local staff, handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employment contracts, attendance, and payroll processing.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 4–8 years HR/HRBP experience, Mandarin plus English/Indonesian fluency, and MS Office proficiency.

PT Gemilang Sentosa is looking for a communicative and detail-oriented HRBP who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. The successful candidate will bridge communication between Chinese management and local employees, while handling day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, to onboarding new employees

Draft and prepare employment contracts in accordance with company policy and applicable labor regulations

Monitor and record employee attendance, including leave, overtime, and absences

Calculate and process monthly payroll, including salary, allowances, deductions, and other compensation components accurately and on time

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Mandarin/Chinese Language, or related field)

Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) — HSK 4/5 or equivalent preferred

Fluent in English and/or Indonesian

4-8 years of HR experience; HRBP or management background preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiar with labor regulations in Jakarta and surrounding areas; knowledgeable about recruitment and social security (BPJS)

Strong communication skills; able to assist management in resolving practical issues

Competitive salary: IDR 18-25 million/month

Two days off per week (weekends)

Public holidays: Subject to operational needs; triple pay if working on these days
