Job summary

PT Imeco Inter Sarana is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead market research, identify investment opportunities, and develop new business across energy and infrastructure sectors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance top-priority projects and build relationships with developers and investors.

The role requires 7–15 years of experience, fluent English, and strong negotiation and financial analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in EPC, Energy, Power, Renewable Energy, Industrial Automation, BESS, Data Center, or Solar Power Plant sectors.
• Strong leadership, business development, project development, and presentation skills.
• Negotiation and financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities in the property market, specifically project division.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on key projects.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and investment pitches for top management.
• Monitor project performance, business growth, and market developments to advise strategic improvements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operations.

7–15 years of experience. Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
