Job summary

PT Imeco Inter Sarana is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead market research, identify investment opportunities, and develop new business across energy and infrastructure sectors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance top-priority projects and build relationships with developers and investors.

The role requires 7–15 years of experience, fluent English, and strong negotiation and financial analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience in EPC, Energy, Power, Renewable Energy, Industrial Automation, BESS, Data Center, or Solar Power Plant sectors.
Strong leadership, business development, project development, and presentation skills.
Negotiation and financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Develop new business opportunities in the property market, specifically project division.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on key projects.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and investment pitches for top management.
Monitor project performance, business growth, and market developments to advise strategic improvements.
Establish and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operations.
