Job summary

Etrama Energy is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering and project activities across EPCC solar initiatives. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and full documentation compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2+ years in project engineering or coordination, with IPM certification preferred. Willing to be placed at various project sites, including out-of-town locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering, project management, or coordination.
• Experience in Renewable Energy, EPC, Construction, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience in managing or supporting engineering and project execution activities.
• Knowledge of project planning, engineering coordination, and documentation.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and project execution with internal and external teams.
• Review project requirements, technical docs, material needs, and progress.
• Support site activities, tech problem-solving, and issue resolution.

Job description

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, quality, and budget.

Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and project execution activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Review project requirements, technical documents, material needs, and project progress.

Support site activities, technical problem-solving, and resolution of project-related issues.

Conduct coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

Ensure project execution complies with applicable engineering standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering, project management, or project coordination, preferably in Renewable Energy, EPC, Construction, or related industries*.

Experience in managing or supporting engineering and project execution activities.

Good understanding of project planning, engineering coordination, and project documentation.

Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and/or relevant engineering software is an advantage.

Having a valid Professional Engineer certification – Insinyur Profesional Madya (IPM).

Willing to be placed at project sites, including out-of-town locations.
