Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 12+ years in business development, commercial, or strategic sales in EPC/industrial sectors.
• Proven track record winning complex engineering or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the High-Tech Infrastructure business.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across APAC.
• Build relationships with investors, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and government agencies.
• Lead the entire business development cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and project award.
• Develop strategic partnerships to support market expansion.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver client solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and provide market intelligence to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry forums and executive-level meetings.

We are seeking a Commercial Director (High-Tech Infrastructure) with solid experience in EPC Solutions particularly High-Tech Infrastructure and Facilities. Strong preference towards candidates that have been establishing new business and have strong network to private clients in Indonesia/South-East Asian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the High-Tech Infrastructure business.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across APAC.
• Build relationships with investors, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, multinational manufacturers, and government agencies.
• Lead the entire business development cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and project award.
• Develop strategic partnerships to support market expansion.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and provide market intelligence to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry forums and executive-level meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of business development, commercial, or strategic sales experience within EPC, industrial engineering, mission-critical infrastructure, or advanced manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success winning complex engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, data centers, battery & EV, electronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or mission-critical facilities.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Existing network across developers, industrial clients, consultants, and investors within APAC.
• Comfortable working within a start-up or business-building environment.
• Experience working across multiple APAC countries is highly preferred.
