Job summary

Luxury Asia Living Group seeks a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in luxury interior design and furnishings in Indonesia. You will leverage an established Architect/Designer network to win high-end residential and commercial projects.

You will lead lead generation, deliver product presentations, manage client relationships from proposal to project completion, and forecast monthly sales while building strategic partnerships across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end luxury furniture sales (min 5 years)
• Should have Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design or Architecture
• Strong network of top Architects/ Designers in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and goal-oriented
• Ability to sell aggressively
• Experience handling corporate and major projects
• Forecast sales targets and manage pipeline

Job description

Drives revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships, particularly within the commercial, design, and architecture sectors. Responsible for generating leads, delivering product presentations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction from proposal through project completion.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a good existing network/contact lists of top Architects/Designers who are involved in high-end residential projects on an Indonesian basis, strong-minded with a robust personality required and should be from the High-End / Luxury Furniture segments.

Candidate possesses at least a Diploma Degree/Bachelor Degree in Interior Design / Architecture is preferred or related fields.

Min. 5 years prior industry-related business development experience in high-end luxury furniture

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Focused and goal-oriented

Must be able and willing to aggressively sell the furniture

Having an innovative approach, the ability to understand the prospective needs of the market, and develop business opportunities

Should have skills in technical presentation and commercial negotiation

Have experience handling corporate and major projects

Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities, Forecasting Sales Targets for the team as well as individual.
