Job summary

Luxury Asia Living Group seeks a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in luxury interior design and furnishings in Indonesia. You will leverage an established Architect/Designer network to win high-end residential and commercial projects.

You will lead lead generation, deliver product presentations, manage client relationships from proposal to project completion, and forecast monthly sales while building strategic partnerships across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end luxury furniture sales (min 5 years)
• Should have Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design or Architecture
• Strong network of top Architects/ Designers in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and goal-oriented
• Ability to sell aggressively
• Experience handling corporate and major projects
• Forecast sales targets and manage pipeline

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and build strategic partnerships
• Manage client relationships across commercial, design, and architecture sectors
• Generate leads and deliver product presentations
• Forecast monthly sales and manage the sales pipeline
