Job summary

First Indonesia, a Japanese interior design and build company in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Interior Project Lead to manage client relations and sign-off critical documents. You will prepare quotations, verify drawings, visit sites for measurements, and coordinate with the interior design team to capture client requirements.

You will monitor project status, lead timelines, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/interior design or related field.
• 5–10 years' experience in interior design/furniture projects.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to finalize and sign documents.
• Prepare quotations and verify drawings meet requirements.
• Visit sites for measurements and basic planning.
• Coordinate with Interior Design team for client meetings.
• Monitor project status and communicate with clients.
• Lead project timelines and coordinate with teams to deliver quality projects.

Job description

• Meeting with clients to finalize and sign required documents
• Prepare quotations for customers and ensure the drawings and specifications satisfy their requirements
• Visit site to take measurements and prepare basic planning
• Work together with Interior Design team to set up meetings with potential client to understand their Interior Design requirements
• Monitor the projects status and be the main person to communicate with clients
• Maintain a high degree of customer relationship and to ensure all merchandising and project tools are up to date
• Report to Director on project prospects, weekly reviews, etc.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in preferable, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil or equivalent
• At least 5-10 year(s) experiences in handling Interior Design/furniture projects are a plus
• Required skill (s): Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, independent, market analysis, presentations, selling and negotiation skills, motivated and willing to learn
• Communication is a plus and must can speak English
• Able to work under pressure
• Interacts effectively with all team project and subcon
• The candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring project deliverables are met, and leading the execution of high-quality projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role
