Job summary

PT. Deli Group Indonesia is seeking a Business Development professional for our Deli Office Automation division. The role focuses on promoting office automation products and expanding our customer base across Indonesia.

You will identify distributors and retail partners, present product features and benefits, and develop sales strategies to hit targets while monitoring market trends across Sulawesi and Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, office automation, battery/B2C sales is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Responsibilities

• Introduce and promote Deli Office Automation products to potential and existing customers.
• Present product features, benefits, and specifications to drive sales.
• Identify and develop distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure product availability and expansion.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Analyze competitor performance and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
