Job summary

Aqua Elektronik seeks an experienced sales professional to manage dealer relationships in Indonesia. You will drive contract achievement, monitor sales progress, and coordinate with branch teams to ensure targets are met.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in home appliances sales, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office. The role requires daily dealer engagement and accurate reporting, with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the home appliances industry.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealers to secure monthly contracts and maintain relationships.
• Track daily sales activities and report to Branch Manager.
• Monitor sales progress against forecast.
• Ensure dealer targets for contracts and campaigns are met.
• Update monthly branch reports on achievements, dealer PSI, and brand activity.
• Update branch daily and monthly reports on achievements and dealer activity.
• Ensure dealers purchase products by issuing purchase orders.
• Manage product returns not meeting specifications.
• Prepare counter-invoices and related travel documents.
• Assist rebate administration and ensure invoice documentation is complete.
• Facilitate sell-through from dealers to sub-dealers/shops.
• Handle dealer complaints.
• Produce daily POs and daily sales forecasts.
• Review price lists before distributing to dealers.

• Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract, achievement, maintain good relationship
• Tracking and monitoring day to day all sales activity and reporting to the Branch Manager
• Monitoring Sales progress update according to sales forecast
• Ensuring achievement for contract, campaign and all targets for dealer
• Update branch monthly report (branch achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity) Ensuring achievement for contract, campaign and all targets for stores
• Update branch daily and monthly report (branch achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity)
• Ensuring dealers purchase products by issuing PO
• Manage product returns that are deemed not to meet specifications
• Doing counter-invoices (invoices, and travel documents)
• Support administration of rebates and completeness of other documents such as invoices
• Doing sell through products from dealers to sub dealers/shops
• Handling complaint from the dealer
• Do daily PO/Daily sales forecasting
• Checking the price list of all products before distributing them to dealers
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related
• Minimum 4 years of experiences as Sales in home appliances industry or related
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
