Job summary

Aqua Elektronik is seeking a Sales and Channel Support professional in Indonesia to foster dealer relationships, promote products, monitor displays, and drive dealer incentives. The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields and minimum three years of experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with dealers/sub-dealers, handling orders and returns, and preparing daily/monthly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with dealers/sub-dealers/shops.
• Persuade sub-dealers/shops to buy products from nearest dealer to support sell-out.
• Check product display, location, visibility, and comparison with competitors.
• Respond to complaints from dealers/sub-dealers/shops.
• Track and forecast daily sales omzet.
• Handle dealer-related returns, invoices and rebates.
• Collect sales notes and guarantees cards from sub-dealers/shops (Sell Out).
• Prepare daily and monthly sell-in reports (PO, Visit, completed activities).
• Monitor dealer target achievement and follow up on incentives if targets are met.
• Check and monitor dealer stock levels.
• Open cooperation with new dealers/sub-dealers.
• Promote the Shop Employee Incentive (IKT) program to increase dealer participation.
• Promote socialization and program support for dealers.

Job description

• Fostering a good relationship with dealers/sub dealer/shop
• Helping sell out dealers by persuading sub dealers/shops to buy products from the nearest dealer
• Check product display : location, visibility and comparison with competitors
• Responding to complaints from dealers/sub dealers/shops
• Tracking and Forcast Daily sales omzet
• Serving dealers related to product returns, invoices and rebates
• Collect sales notes and guarantees card from sub dealer/shop (Sell Out)
• Daily and Monthly Report for sell in (PO, Report Visit, things that have been done)
• Monitor the achievement of dealer targets and follow up on incentives for dealers if they are able to sell goods according to the target
• Check and monitor sales stock at the dealer
• Opening cooperation with new dealers/sub dealers
• Increase the number of sub dealers/shops that want to take part in the Shop Employee Incentive (IKT) program
• Promoting socialization and program support for dealers
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related
• Minimum 3 years of experiences
