Job summary

Aqua Elektronik Product Service & Support in Medan, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead dealer sales and drive targets. You will monitor daily sales activity, build forecasts, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to promote products.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and at least 5 years of experience in home appliances or electronics, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related
• 5 years experiences as assistant branch manager in home appliances electronics industry or related
• Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Familiar with Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales target and projected profit.
• Tracking and monitoring day to day all sales activity.
• Tracking and analysis of sales data whose data is pulled from SAP.
• Create and monitor sales forecast.
• Visit the dealer to randomly check the condition of each dealer.
• Checking and compile dealer PSI, make sure to follow up plan to ensure sell in target.
• Coordinate and communicate across departments to follow up sales promotion activities at all dealers.
• Provide idea of sales improvement based on sales data analysis.
