Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management or related.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in home appliances electronics industry or related.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks within tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealers to secure monthly contracts and maintain relationships.
• Track daily sales activity and report to Branch Manager.
• Monitor sales progress against forecasts.
• Ensure achievement of contracts, campaigns, and dealer targets.
• Ensure achievement of sales omzet, campaigns and all targets for stores.
• Update branch daily and monthly reports (branch achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity).
• Ensure dealers purchase products by issuing POs.
• Manage product returns that do not meet specifications.
• Process daily invoices, travel documents, and counter-invoices.
• Support administration of rebates and completeness of other documents such as invoices.
• Sell-through products from dealers to sub-dealers/shops.
• Handle complaints from dealers.
• Do daily PO/daily sales forecasting.
• Check price lists before distributing to dealers.
• Assist Branch Manager in operating the branch per company procedures and policies.
