PT SAVINO DEL BENE in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Import Operations Officer to manage Sea Freight imports (FCL/LCL), coordinate with shipping lines and customs brokers, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal SOP.

This role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and at least 2 years of Sea Freight Import experience, strong English communication, and a detail-oriented mindset essential for accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sea Freight Import operations.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, B/L handling, and import procedures.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Handle full import shipment process for Sea Freight (FCL & LCL).
• Prepare and verify import documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc.).
• Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking vendors, and customs brokers.
• Liaise with overseas agents and customers regarding shipment schedules and updates.
• Ensure import activities comply with regulations and internal SOP.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:

Handle full import shipment process for Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)

Prepare and verify import documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc.)

Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking vendors, and customs brokers

Liaise with overseas agents and customers regarding shipment schedules and updates

Ensure import activities comply with regulations and internal SOP

Maintain accurate operational records and reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum 2 years experience in Sea Freight Import operations

Strong knowledge of Incoterms, B/L handling, and import procedures

Good communication skills in English

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office
