Role Description

The Business Development Specialist will support Pakar Talenta's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting the company's consulting, learning, and digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating meetings and follow-ups with client stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with Pakar Talenta's offerings, maintaining accurate records in sales pipelines, and providing timely customer support throughout the business development cycle. This is a contract, on-site role based in Kecamatan Cinere, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and clients at the local office.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, assess opportunities, and inform business strategies.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate with stakeholders, and build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and customer-focused Business Development experience to drive new opportunities and manage sales pipelines.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Relevant qualifications such as experience in consulting, learning and development, HR technology, or B2B services are beneficial.
