• Pengalaman 2-4 tahun di Sales, Account Manager, Business Consulting, atau peran terkait.
• Pengalaman di industri IT / teknologi diutamakan.
• Keterampilan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang kuat.
• Cepat belajar, ambisius, dan berkomitmen untuk tumbuh.

Responsibilities

• Mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru sambil menumbuhkan akun klien yang sudah ada.
• Membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan klien.
• Memahami kebutuhan klien dan menerjemahkannya menjadi solusi TI dan peluang bisnis yang relevan.
• Mengelola proses penjualan dari pengembangan peluang hingga penutupan dan pertumbuhan akun jangka panjang.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant who is passionate about building relationships, understanding business challenges, and turning opportunities into impactful technology solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions together with our internal teams. You will be responsible for managing the commercial journey from opportunity development to deal closing, while continuing to grow and strengthen long-term client relationships.

You will join an established IT company with more than 20 years of industry experience, giving you the opportunity to work with diverse clients, expand your business network, and develop meaningful technology-driven business opportunities.

If you enjoy meeting people, understanding how businesses operate, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into real business outcomes, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Role Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and translate them into relevant IT solutions and business opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from opportunity development to closing and long-term account growth.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Account Manager, Business Consulting, or a related role.
• Experience in the IT / technology industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fast learner, smart, ambitious, and eager to grow.
• Proactive, disciplined, and committed to achieving results.
