Job summary

PT Repex Wahana in Jakarta is seeking a Business Consultant for Distribution & Contract Logistics to drive new business in distribution, trucking, warehousing, and contract logistics. The role requires a minimum bachelor's degree in logistics, international business, management, or related fields, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

You will develop sales plans, conduct joint calls, visits, and reports to monitor pipeline and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in distribution, trucking, warehousing, and contract logistics.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and business negotiation skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools and developing pipeline/forecast.
• Understand clearance processes, shipping SLAs, incoterms, and customs documentation needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in distribution, trucking, warehousing, and contract logistics segments.
• Develop strategic approaches and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct joint sales calls, courtesy calls, customer visits, and relationship activities to maintain loyalty.
• Handle customer complaints and propose improvement solutions.
• Provide regular pipeline, visit results, and opportunity reports for monitoring.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in distribution, trucking, warehousing, and contract logistics.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and business negotiation skills.

• Understand clearance processes, shipping SLAs, incoterms, and customs documentation needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and prospective customers in distribution, trucking, warehousing, and contract logistics segments.
• Develop strategic approaches and implement sales plans to achieve set revenue targets.
• Conduct joint sales calls, courtesy calls, customer visits, and other relationship activities to maintain customer loyalty.
• Handle customer complaints directly and propose short-term and long-term improvement solutions.
• Provide regular pipeline, visit results, and opportunity conversion reports for monitoring purposes.
• Conduct competitor research and market trends to support business penetration and development.
• Develop new product (service/customized service) ideas or proposals according to strategic customer needs.
• Adjust sales activities and approaches to the development of systems, processes, and company policies.
