Job summary

RPX is seeking a System Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into BRD, SRS, and user stories, and act as the bridge between business users and developers. You will design end-to-end system solutions, manage changes, and develop test scenarios to ensure solutions meet business goals.

You will also analyze system issues, perform SQL queries for data validation, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability in an operationally critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with both business users and technical teams.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (Agile and/or Waterfall).
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
