Job summary

PT Paramount Metal Trading, a subsidiary of ENP China, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to expand its footprint in Indonesia. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with contractors and developers, and drive the full sales cycle from inquiries to closing deals.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in construction sales (steel products preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry (steel product experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to work independently under pressure.
• Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Chinese (Chinese is a must).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently within Indonesia.
• Applicants without construction sales experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners
• Actively promote building material and steel solutions to key stakeholders
• Manage the full sales cycle: inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and closing deals
• Deliver product presentations and technical discussions to clients and consultants
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, logistics, and project delivery
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities
• Provide feedback to management on client needs, product performance, and market positioning
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets
