Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Building Materials Sales Executive to promote and sell materials for construction and housing projects. You will identify new clients, negotiate quotes, and build long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the construction sector, a Diploma, and a strong network within the industry. Own transportation and a valid SIM A are required for field activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in any discipline; Civil/Architecture background preferred.
• 2-3 years of B2B sales in construction/building materials or related industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
