Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead in Jakarta to shape end-to-end brand affiliate strategies across live commerce.

You will collaborate with Brand, Affiliate Management, and Commercial teams, oversee creator partnerships, content strategy, and performance analytics to drive growth and measurable impact.

The role requires minimum 5 years of experience and a track record of delivering results in ecommerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, social commerce, or related fields.
• Proven ability to drive measurable business results through affiliate ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of live commerce and marketplace platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

• Develop and lead end-to-end brand affiliate strategies aligned with brand objectives, commercial priorities, and business growth targets
• Drive affiliate channel performance through strategic campaign planning, creator engagement, content optimization, and performance analysis
• Lead the development of creative concepts, content strategies, and editorial guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging across affiliate and live commerce channels
• Collaborate with Brand, Affiliate Management, and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and translate business objectives into actionable affiliate initiatives
• Establish content frameworks, creative guidelines, and best practices to enhance creator effectiveness and campaign performance
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics, marketplace dynamics, consumer behavior, and emerging social commerce trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Provide strategic direction and feedback on creative outputs, ensuring content quality, brand alignment, and commercial effectiveness
• Manage relationships with creators, agencies, and external partners to support affiliate campaign execution and scalability
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate multiple campaigns to ensure timely execution and measurable business impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, social commerce, creator partnerships, digital marketing, or related fields
• Proven experience in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies that drive measurable business results
• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, live commerce, creator marketing, and marketplace platforms, particularly TikTok Shop and Shopee
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholders, and drive strategic campaign execution
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience interpreting performance metrics, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and identifying growth opportunities
• Solid understanding of content strategy, creative direction, and performance-driven storytelling across digital commerce channels
• Experience working with creators, influencer networks, agencies, and external partners
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong creative and commercial standards
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, consumer goods, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
