Publicis Groupe Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow partnerships across major platforms. You will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, creators, influencers, and publishers while coordinating campaigns to meet client objectives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets. You’ll collaborate across Commerce, Social, Influencer, and Performance teams to optimize campaigns and report

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate, Influencer, or DigitalMarketing.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, Lazada Affiliate.

• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other networks.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, influencers, and publishers.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns and ensure timely execution aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze results, and provide insights for optimization.
• Track metrics such as traffic, conversions, sales, ROI, and commissions.
• Collaborate with Commerce, Social, Influencer, and Performance teams to maximise effectiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

• Coordinate affiliate campaigns and ensure timely execution in line with client objectives.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Track key metrics such as traffic, conversions, sales, ROI, and commission performance.
• Collaborate closely with Commerce, Social, Influencer, and Performance teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, E-commerce, Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, Lazada Affiliate, or similar affiliate platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Understanding of social commerce, creator economy, and influencer marketing ecosystems.
• Experience handling multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
