Job summary

Jobtailor in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking an Affiliate Marketing & Influencer Manager to lead day-to-day affiliate operations on Shopee and TikTok Shop. You will recruit, onboard, and steward affiliates, creators, and livestreamers while coordinating with content partners to align branding with campaign goals.

You will analyze performance, prepare ROI reports, negotiate commissions, and drive traffic and conversions across multi-category products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1–2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or ecommerce.
Strong understanding of Shopee and TikTok Shop affiliate tools and campaign mechanics.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and make strategic decisions.
Basic knowledge of online sales funnels, performance marketing, and social media engagement.
Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker who can adapt to trends quickly.
Experience managing multi-category products such as fashion, beauty, or FMCG.
Knowledge of other affiliate platforms or influencer marketing tools.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program on Shopee and TikTok Shop, from recruitment through campaign execution.
Build strategic plans to optimize and leverage affiliate business on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Create strategic plans to nurture and sustain affiliate communities.
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and livestreamers.
Coordinate with content creators and external stakeholders to align brand messaging and visuals with campaign goals.
Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and prepare ROI and sales-growth reports.

Track Shopee and TikTok Shop trends, algorithm changes, and the competitive landscape.
Assist with promotional campaigns for ecommerce sales events like 8.8, 9.9, 11.11.
Ensure affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies.
Explore and test new affiliate platforms and marketing opportunities.
Work with leading international brands on livestreams, video content, and affiliate initiatives.
