Job summary

Bisatumbuh is seeking an experienced affiliate marketing strategist to lead our TikTok Shop and Shopee programs in Tangerang. You will design and execute campaigns that drive sales targets through our affiliate network.

You will recruit, activate, and manage creators, monitor key metrics (GMV, CTR, ROI), build strong relationships, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing (TikTok Shop & Shopee Affiliate).
• Strong network with creators and affiliates across both platforms
• Good understanding of e-commerce and social commerce strategies
• Skilled in strategy, planning, and data analysis (TAP mindset)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in a semi-quantitative major (Industrial Engineering, Management, with strong analytical focus, or similar) is highly preferred
