Job summary

Evolene Group in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing professional to develop and execute affiliate strategies across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplace platforms. You will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and creators to drive growth.

You will monitor performance, optimize campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with Marketing, Marketplace, and Creative teams to unlock opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or E-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate and/or Shopee Affiliate.
• Proven track record in growing affiliate sales and managing affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
