You will design compelling commission structures and oversee daily operations of an Affiliate Admin, partnering with Marketing, Digital, and Media Buying to optimize campaigns and ensure high-converting results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 2-3 years in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, or Marketplace Campaigns.

Job description

We are looking for a highly driven, target-oriented Affiliate Specialist to lead and scale our affiliate marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our GMV growth on major platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee. You will build highly profitable relationships with top creators and MCNs, design compelling commission structures, and lead a junior team member to ensure seamless daily operations. If you have a knack for commercial negotiation, a deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, and a passion for crafting high-converting campaigns, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly strategic plans to consistently hit revenue targets and accelerate GMV growth across TikTok Shop and Shopee affiliate channels.
• Lead the end-to-end outreach, pitching, and commercial negotiations with Top Creators, KOLs, and MCN agencies to build a highly active, loyal affiliate network.
• Design scalable performance-based commission structures (CPA), tiered incentive programs, and thematic promo campaigns (Payday, Double Dates, Flash Deals) that attract and motivate creators.
• Provide clear product education guidelines and high-converting content angles. Continuously monitor and evaluate creator content quality to maximize sales conversions.
• Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing, Digital, and Media Buying (for Spark Ads/Advertising) to align product promotion agendas and amplify earned media.
• Actively monitor marketplace features, algorithmic shifts, and competitor affiliate strategies to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
• Supervise the daily operational workflow of one Affiliate Admin (overseeing sample distribution and administration), while building comprehensive performance reports (GMV, conversion rates, affiliate productivity) for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) with 2-3 years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, or Marketplace Campaigns. A strong existing network of Top Creators and MCN agencies is highly preferred.
• Mastery of TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate ecosystems. Proven ability to design CPA and promotional structures. Experience creating health-focused educational content briefs and conducting sales data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Sharp commercial negotiation skills, strong leadership capabilities, persuasive communication, and an uncompromising, goal-oriented focus on hitting GMV targets.
