PT Duta Abadi Primantara is seeking a Brand Marketing professional to plan, execute, and monitor top-brand activations. You will oversee promotions and multi-channel campaigns, conducting market research to inform brand development and growth.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring campaigns align with company standards. Travel and occasional weekend work may be required.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Management, or Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Activation.
• Experience with events, in-store activations, and campaigns.

Plan, execute, and monitor TOB (Top of Brand) activation programs to strengthen brand identity and maintain consistent brand positioning.

Manage and oversee promotional activities and brand campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, visibility, and sales performance.

Conduct market, competitor, and consumer behavior research to identify market trends and provide insights for brand development.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand activation programs, promotions, and marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with internal departments, sales teams, agencies, and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of brand strategies and in-store activations.

Ensure all brand activities are executed in accordance with company policies, management systems, and applicable standards.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Activation, or related fields, preferably in premium brands, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.

Proven experience in managing events, in-store activations, promotional programs, and marketing campaigns.

Experienced in coordinating with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and project management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; good English communication skills are an advantage.

Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail.

Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required.

Placement: Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
