Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with internal communications, media relations, press releases, and internal campaigns.
• Basic understanding of brand communication strategies and aligning messages with brand positioning.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Staff to support the company's internal and external communications. This role will help ensure effective information sharing, maintain positive corporate and brand reputations, and build strong relationships with media partners and other external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications: Prepare and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, emails, announcements, and posters, to keep employees informed about company updates and initiatives.

External Communications: Coordinate with media outlets, publication partners, and other external stakeholders to support effective communication activities.

Media Publications: Support the publication of company activities, sponsorships, events, achievements, and other corporate initiatives across relevant media channels.

Brand Communications: Coordinate communication activities and collaborations with external companies and partners to support the communication needs of the company's brands.

Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure communication activities are delivered effectively and in accordance with company procedures.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that improve communication processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Compliance and Corporate Values: Support the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5R, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and internal and external audit requirements, while upholding company values and professional standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least one year of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications are preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging, and professional communication content.

Familiarity with internal communications, media relations, press releases, and internal communication campaigns.

Basic understanding of brand communication strategies and the ability to align communication messages with brand positioning.

Basic knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 is an advantage.

Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
