Job summary

Ruangguru is expanding its educational services in Depok and seeks a proactive Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across branches in the region. You will lead local sales, marketing and academic processes, drive enrollment initiatives, and improve customer experience through strong team leadership.

The role emphasizes P&L responsibility, staff development, and collaboration with regional teams to grow the user base while maintaining high service standards for students and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Proven leadership in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education or startup environments is a plus.
• Strong people management and team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operations of one or more branches within the regional area.
• Lead branch initiatives, events, promotions to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and identifying sales opportunities and strategies to optimize revenue.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
