Ruangguru in Jakarta is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to coordinate and oversee the operations of one or more branches in the region, ensuring smooth daily activities and effective execution of academic processes.

You will lead branch initiatives, including events and promotions to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment, while managing branch P&L, local market opportunities, and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Proven leadership in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or startups is a plus.
• Strong team leadership and people management.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch P&L performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
