Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in education-related or start-up environments is an advantage.
• Strong people management and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operations of one or more branches within the region.
• Lead branch initiatives, events, and marketing activities to drive engagement and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing market conditions and optimizing revenue.
• Oversee end-to-end customer experience and journey to ensure loyalty.
