Job summary

KantorKu is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to coordinate and oversee the operations of multiple branches within the designated region, ensuring smooth daily activities and adherence to academic processes.

You will drive branch initiatives, events, and marketing campaigns to boost student engagement, enrollment, and overall growth, while monitoring branch financials and optimizing revenue through strategic actions. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
