You will recruit, train, and manage the team, oversee budgets and P&L, ensure safety compliance, and build strong client partnerships while pursuing expansion opportunities in the South Jakarta region and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar supervisory leadership role within labour, trades, or services.
• Strong understanding of labour management, workforce scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Strong client relationship management capabilities and a track record of client retention.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join our team at China location. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage our branch operations, driving business growth and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch, including staff management, client relationships, financial performance, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal to the success of PT Sibima Berkarya Mandiri and offers significant scope for leadership and strategic impact.

Key responsibilities

Manage and oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of labourers and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Recruit, train, and retain high-quality personnel to meet branch staffing requirements and client demands

Monitor financial performance including budgets, revenue targets, and cost management to ensure profitability

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies

Identify opportunities for branch expansion and business development within the South Jakarta region

Report on branch performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management

Coordinate scheduling and allocation of labour resources to meet project and client requirements

Handle dispute resolution and manage any operational challenges that may arise

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar supervisory leadership role within the labour, trades, or services industry

Strong understanding of labour management, workforce scheduling, and resource allocation

Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members

Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

Strong client relationship management capabilities and a proven track record of client retention

Knowledge of employment regulations, workplace safety standards, and compliance requirements relevant to the labour sector

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal

Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure

Proficiency in relevant software systems and basic computer skills

Fluency in Indonesian language; English language skills are advantageous

Willingness to work flexibly to meet operational requirements
