Midea Electronics Indonesia seeks a dynamic Branch Manager to lead operations in Denpasar, Bali. This full-time role requires on-site presence, driving sales, managing brand presence, and delivering exceptional customer service within the Bali market.

You will report to the Regional Director and build strong local partnerships while overseeing branch day-to-day activities and ensuring compliance with sales practices and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in branch management, sales management or regional operations
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and experience implementing brand strategies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination and vendor relationships
• Ability to analyze market data, identify trends and develop strategic plans
• Strong communication in Indonesian and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
• Knowledge of electronics or FMCG industry is desirable
• Ability to travel within the region

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our operations in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers significant strategic importance within our regional expansion plans. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, driving sales performance, managing our brand presence and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery across the Bali market. This role reports directly to the Regional Director and requires you to work on-site in Denpasar to effectively manage day-to-day operations and build strong local partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales volume
• Maintain the productivity of the sales team member include provide training
• Responsible for account receivable (AR) including all the company’s assets
• Identify sales opportunities (channel expansion & product expansion)
• Propose budget expenses and control the effectiveness of budget usage
• Maintain knowledge on all products and assist to resolve customer problems
• Maintain a good relationship with all customers
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in branch management, sales management or regional operations, preferably within the consumer electronics, appliances or retail sectors
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and experience implementing brand strategies in competitive markets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination and vendor relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to analyse market data, identify trends and develop strategic business plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
• Knowledge of the electronics or FMCG industry is highly desirable
• Ability to travel within the region when required
