Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to ensure daily workforce fulfillment and coordinate vendor support for Makassar operations. You will validate worker data, track deployment schedules, and monitor performance with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in related operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or related operational role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to be placed in Makassar.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Has prior 1-2 years of working experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or a related operational role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
