Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking an Operations Workforce Coordinator to ensure daily workforce fulfillment and coordinate with vendors to maintain adequate staffing for operational needs. The role supports onboarding, training, and ongoing workforce management in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor fulfillment, and drive timely resolutions while maintaining data accuracy and system access for workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or related operational role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a structured work environment.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Background in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Logistic is highly preferred
• Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Has prior 1-2 years of working experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or a related operational role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
